Your Milky Way Horoscope

By Milky Way Maid

Thursday afternoon (the 13th) Venus sextiles Pluto – a modest bequest or insurance settlement comes to your attention, altho you may not actually receive it till after Venus opposes Saturn on Saturday. Mars and Mercury also make aspects to either Pluto or Saturn on Friday and Saturday, so watch the mail carefully for legal paperwork. Push serious matters out our mind with a romantic early date Sunday the 16th to watch the sunrise, perhaps with a picnic basket or your morning java fix. Time of day given in any case is Eastern Time, so please adjust accordingly if you live in another time zone. Readers can follow not only their Sun sign horoscope but also the sign of their Ascendant for further clues to how your week will develop. This week’s bonus feature: What is your Goddess style? Go to Goddess-Power.com for an excellent, free detailed analysis of your lifestyle to determine your Goddess personality.

Aries – March 20-April 19 – Sunday the 9th is a great day for seeing a performance or going to any exhibit. Get the kids involved too with an art project. Monday morning is your best shot to clear up instructions and get the go-ahead. It might be after lunch before you can actually break ground, so learn to stay cool till then. Accept that some things are out of your hands.

Taurus – April 20-May 20 – Monday afternoon favors medical appointments, and also revised plans of any type. Try not to go overboard if shopping after work Tuesday; everything will look super to you. But if someone offers to treat you to dinner, by all means go to a place with a good reputation. Wednesday morn will be a frustrating round of missed or unclear messages; play phone tag till you get something you can nail down.

Gemini – May 21-June 20 – Wednesday afternoon is frustrating; first you’re told to revise something, then to halt work on it. Thursday everyone gets on the same page with everyone else. Thank heavens for computer editing, hey? A beautiful sunrise, or a morning swim gets you revved up to accomplish a mountain of work before the end of the day Friday.

Cancer – June 21-July 22 – You may be quite angry over a legal notice or a city representative who is trying to resolve a neighborhood problem. Try to take a larger view and work out a resolution. A romantic late dinner Friday caps the week.

Leo – July 23-Aug. 22 – You can make quite an impression at a public appearance or performance this week; take a friend or assistant to help, and watch any valuables. Putting sugar on top of a request can wrap anyone around your finger (and best of all, it’s non-fattening). A program or seminar with a lot of humor gives you a new outlook on your workplace.

Virgo – Aug. 23-Sept. 22 – Finally some small thanks in recognition for the long hours you’ve been putting in. A helping hand with the backlog would be good, too, but I think that is on the way also. Creative pursuits will see profound changes over the next few years, possibly as a result of further training, but I see a mentor type on the horizon.

Libra – Sept. 23-Oct. 22 – Reconciling the goals that you and your partner have for your home is surprisingly a challenge. Your partner may be more focused on the mortgage, valuation, and news headlines; but you need the home as a secure base and a quiet refuge from the world. Actually the house suffers because of problems with the dollar, not because of the market. I would say keep the house, it is still a home. Scorpio – Oct. 23-Nov. 21 – Very short-term creative projects can be planned and completed promptly. Longer term creative projects suffer breakage or loss of funding; have backup plans and extra materials on hand. Be proactive with your home to prevent leaks during the coming spring rains.

Sagittarius – Nov. 22-Dec. 21 – You are floating along on free money now, but an overhaul will be in order very soon. It’s better to maintain control by initiating an audit or management plan. A comedy makes good family-night entertainment. Start buying your groceries at a natural foods co-op; better health is so much cheaper than cheap food that you cannot tolerate.

Capricorn – Dec. 22-Jan. 19 – Home issues are probably in the forefront this week; get in line for mortgage relief if you are one of the lucky ones who qualify. Your past record of exemplary responsibility will stand you in good stead. On the creative front, your experiments with making a healthy food product will pan out eventually; keep giving friends samples.

Aquarius – Jan. 20-Feb. 17 – Improved health can result from a chat with someone knowledgeable in the benefits of natural, organic foods. Early Aquarians need to take special care in safety issues and in dealing with authority figures; discuss matters later with a lawyer, if needed, and not with any officer on the scene.

Pisces – Feb. 18-March 19 – Venus enters your sign this week. Look into a beauty makeover Thursday afternoon or next week; shorter cuts are back in the spotlight. A meeting with your financial advisor is probably overdue; you need to discuss taxes and debt. Get in line for mortgage relief quickly.

A gift to my lovely readers —

As a special gift to my readers I thought you might enjoy some background music. A terrific writer and geek found these archived radio recordings of the Beatles for a Swedish radio show way back when. He cleaned them up a bit and edited them, and here they are. Five songs in cool condition. So turn up the volume alright already.
