Your Milky Way Horoscope Nov. 21-27, 2010

By Milky Way Maid

Sunday, Nov. 21 features a Full Moon at 29 degrees, 18 minutes of Taurus. It is exact at 12:27 pm. The Moon’s last conventional aspect before the Full Moon is a sextile to Uranus, followed by an inconjunct to Venus, both in the morning. Some happy surprises could be heading your way in the coming month. The Moon goes void-of-course right away with the opposition to the Sun in Scorpio (definition of this full moon) and enters Gemini at 1:46 pm Sunday; its first aspect is an inconjunct to Pluto, and this is followed by a trine to Saturn on Monday afternoon. Getting your head straight about things you cannot change will make it easier for you to settle into a program of working toward your goals. Other astrologers assign an opportunity period after the Moon squares Neptune (6:17 am Sunday) until the Moon enters Gemini (1:46 pm Sunday). This is over 7 hours when you may try to connect with people, schmooze, network, or just relax with friends, etc. You will be onstage and you’ll be able to get the undivided attention of others.

The Sun enters fire-sign Sag at 5:15 am Monday, helping you rise and shine for another week. The Sun trines the Moon in Leo on Friday morning for a jolly fire-sign alignment. A fine morning for self-expression, for a harmonious brunch with your partner, and for finding a receptive ear for your ideas. The more enthusiasm you show, the better.

Mercury in Sag sextiles Neptune in Aquarius at 8:13 am Saturday; this is obviously bad for clarity. Make sure of your directions before starting out on car trips because I think it will be too easy to get lost. This aspect is followed up with a square to Uranus at 9:27 pm; this could be bad for electronic and mechanical gizmos, as they self-destruct or act temperamental. BUT this can be very good for getting sudden flashes of insight (Uranus) to a puzzle or problem.

Readers can follow not only their Sun sign horoscope but also the sign of their Ascendant for further clues to how your week will develop. Also note: some aspects are exact on a weekend but may find opportunity for expression on the Friday or Monday nearest the exact aspect. Times given are in Eastern Standard or Eastern Daylight Savings Time depending on the season.

ARIESMarch 20-April 19 – The Full Moon in Taurus highlights your solar second house of money. It can be difficult to capitalize on this Full Moon, I think, but if you socialize and schmooze and network during the day Sunday, I think you may connect with people who can eventually bring in orders. The Moon is in compatible Leo starting very early Friday; turn up the personal warmth and good things can happen. Your Sun plus Moon in Leo plus Sun in Sag on Friday morning makes a wonderful personal grand trine; you can inspire and lead anyone anywhere.

TAURUSApril 20-May 20 – The Moon is in Taurus from Sunday till early afternoon. The Moon-Neptune square about 6 am makes for very fuzzy-headed bulls Sunday morning; maybe you should let others wait on you, or just sleep in. You will feel more creative mid-morning under an inconjunct to Venus; play with a cookie recipe, or pull out the paints and easel. The Full Moon in your sign gives you a chance to collect on investments – or not.

GEMINIMay 21-June 20 – The Moon is in Gemini from 1:46 pm Sunday till Tuesday evening. The Moon makes an inconjunct to Pluto Sunday night; this is helpful if you are trying to reprogram yourself to break bad habits or erase negative programming. Monday afternoon features a Moon-Saturn trine; Saturn helps you stick to the to-do list till it is done. A Moon Mars opposition overnight can make you say some very angry things, count ten, you know. And take out frustrations with a workout or just kicking a pillow. Tuesday offers opportunity (a square to Jupiter) and hope (a trine to Neptune). Combined, you are unstoppable.

CANCERJune 21-July 22 – The Moon is in its home, Cancer, from 8:14 pm Tuesday till the wee hours Friday. The Moon is inconjunct the Sun late Tuesday; relationships can be strained so make sure to establish rapport first thing upon meeting. Look him or her in the eyes, smile, and ask an open-ended question. Wednesday can be frustrating under a Moon-Saturn square; people will say no, so don’t take it personally but ask what you have to do to get your proposal up to snuff. Thursday you will beaver away at tweaking and adjusting your work.

LEOJuly 23-Aug. 22 – The Moon is in Leo from 1:01 am Friday till next Sunday morn. The Moon-Pluto inconjunct on Friday morn is helpful in reprogramming yourself, so get hold of some self-help books or video clips and give it a go. You could get some very interesting early returns on that investment. Your energy is high on Saturday, (Moon trine Mars) and I see you just a dynamo all day. Chill out with friends and a movie that night, preferably something kind of inspiring.

VIRGOAug. 23-Sept. 22 – The Full Moon in your solar ninth house may signal winning a scholarship or some kind of tuition assistance. The Moon is in compatible Cancer Tuesday night thru Thursday, but it does ask many of us to adjust and compromise and be creative in tweaking your personal space. Be cautious about money on Wednesday, when the Moon squares Saturn in your solar second house; you may be caught short of cash, or a payment could be delayed.

LIBRASept. 23-Oct. 22 – Best days may be the ones with the Moon in Cancer, Tuesday night thru Thursday – altho Wednesday may be frustrating. Your mental toughness will be your best asset this week. Mercury squares Jupiter in your solar sixth house of work and health on Thursday; you may have to look hard to find the silver lining in an announcement. Mercury in your solar third house sextiles Neptune in your solar fifth house on Saturday; taking a short trip to be near water, or visiting large animals such as at a zoo or racetrack, could be auspicious. You will at the least find it stimulating.

SCORPIOOct. 23-Nov. 21 – The Full Moon in your solar seventh house of partners puts your spouse in the spotlight. He or she may have some grand designs financially but apply a dose of caution and realism to that; things may work out but you will sleep better if you don’t risk the farm on it.

SAGITTARIUSNov. 22-Dec. 21 – The Sun enters Sag early Monday morning, at the same time that the Moon is in your solar seventh house of partners. This signals an emphasis on relationships, including relations with the general public. Sag generally is not shy, but if you have ever had problems introducing yourself to strangers, pick up the book How to Make People Like You in 90 Seconds or Less by Nicholas Boothman. Mercury in Sag squares Jupiter in Pisces in your solar fourth house on Thursday morn. You might learn how to do some of your repairs or improvements around the house; believe me this can be enormously satisfying.

CAPRICORNDec. 22-Jan. 19 – Sunday’s Full Moon in your solar fifth house of fun and romance can warm up your love life big time. Splurge a little and take out that special someone to a concert or favorite mom-n-pop restaurant. Wednesday can be difficult to deal with partners or with the public due to a Moon-Saturn square and Moon-Pluto opposition. Don’t get bogged down in a tug of war. Also, be willing to make an adjustment or compromise Friday morning.

AQUARIUSJan. 20-Feb. 17 – Mercury in your solar eleventh house of friends and clubs is activated this week more than once. It squares Jupiter in your solar second house on Thursday; make sure to touch base and if a friend owes you money you might get a repayment but not in cash. Cultivate your friends, reinforce connections with them, and make them feel that the benefits flow both ways.

PISCESFeb. 18-March 19 – The Full Moon in Taurus Sunday favors your solar eleventh house of friends and clubs. You may wind up in the spotlight and take an officer position in your club. Pay back friends’ favors with invites to your home for dinner. The Moon in compatible Cancer Tuesday night thru Thursday may feel comfortable, tho it asks many of us to make adjustments and be creative. Mercury squares Uranus in Pisces on Saturday night; communications and mechanical devices may be cranky; seek someone with an aptitude for that stuff to straighten things out.

A gift to my lovely readers —

As a special gift to my readers I thought you might enjoy some background music. A terrific writer and geek found these archived radio recordings of the Beatles for a Swedish radio show way back when. He cleaned them up a bit and edited them, and here they are. Five songs in cool condition. So turn up the volume alright already.
