The aspect will be slowly separating by the time of the solar eclipse later the same day; much better for getting a solid start on your ambitions whatever they may be. Diligence at checking things off your to-do list comes easier with Saturn’s help. And the boss may be watching and taking note, so follow standard procedure at all times. Saturn also represents elders; this is a fine opportunity to consult with a mentor or senior member of the firm.
The Solar Eclipse occurs at 11 degrees, 2 minutes of Gemini, at 4:08 pm Wednesday. It features a prominent Sun-Saturn trine, which is fortunately separating so that we are not crushed underfoot by old man Saturn. Venus in Aries squares Pluto in Capricorn at 3:21 am Wednesday. Venus-Pluto squares are said to signify romantic or sexual obsessions; one can’t get someone out of one’s mind, for example. In some natal charts it can denote some kind of emotional or sexual hangup, but then again who doesn’t have at least one of those? But seriously, you need to devote your attention to the matter at hand instead of letting your thoughts stray to that certain someone. It’s for certain that he sure isn’t spending every moment thinking of you, so let that dose of reality sink in.
The Sun in Taurus trines the same Pluto in Capricorn at 9 pm exactly. Pluto is evolution on all levels, and personal power. With the Sun, Pluto helps one to take control of self and situation. You have a bad habit? Pluto can dig down to the root causes of your need for this habit, and can root it out at the source. You feel like your life is out of your control? Pluto can help you at least change your self, the only thing you can change.
Venus opposes Saturn in Libra at 8:14 pm Saturday. Also Mars conjoins Jupiter in Aries overnight, at 12:26 am Sunday, May 1. Aries may feel pretty frustrated with blocks in their path; Aries doesn’t like to have to wait for others, or ask permission. Sunday, April 17 is not only Palm Sunday, it is also a Full Moon, this month at 27 degrees 44 minutes of Libra. It is exact at 10:44 pm ET. No aspects occur between this FM and when the Moon enters Scorpio at 2:19 am Monday; in other words the Moon immediately goes void-of-course. However, earlier Sunday we have the Moon opposing Mercury and Jupiter, and inconjunct Venus in Pisces. Other aspects in force are the applying Mars-Saturn opposition (exact on Monday). Negotiations are not favored, tho you can gain insights into yourself. You want to be generous, but resist if others demand generosity from you. Do not rush into anything; others who seem to block you may be trying to get you to see other options.
Mars at 12 degrees Aries opposes a retrograde Saturn in Libra at 12:02 pm Monday. Be prepared to accept that some projects in their final stages may totally fail now. Mars-Saturn aspects can denote accidents, but more often they denote arguments, frustrations, delays, ‘roadblocks’ of some kind, etc. Let your stumbling blocks be stepping stones, as they say, tho easier said than done. Find the lesson, and learn from it.

Relationships can founder and partners walk out on each other. Please, Jupiter nearby gives you the option to seek counseling and learn other ways of communicating with each other. Also bear in mind that Mercury will chase Mars and catch it again for another conjunction, in Taurus, on May 20.

Venus at 29 degrees Capricorn sextiles Uranus in Pisces at 9:49 am Tuesday. New and different people and relationships beckon. These relationships may not last very long, or one party may drift in and out of your life at irregular intervals. Ah well, c’est la vie. Reminds me of the story of Margot Fonteyn, the ballet dancer, meeting her future husband. She went out with him, felt like she was walking on air, then he disappeared for ten years. He pops back in and they wind up getting married.
Venus enters Aquarius at 9:39 pm Tuesday. At its worst, Venus here uses the pretext of universal love to avoid establishing close personal relationships. Aquarius can be so detached that they cannot relate and bond with anyone on a personal level. However, Venus in Aquarius can attract equals and have close relationships while allowing the loved one the freedom to have other close friends. Venus here can love someone without the desire necessarily to possess the other, like their car or their house.
Mercury at 16 degrees Pisces is inconjunct (retrograde) Saturn in Libra at 8:03 am Wednesday. Some of us may have to make a mental (Mercury) adjustment (inconjunct) with regard to restrictions or regulations. We may have to make do with less, or nothing at all. Or we may have to get used to sharing a resource (not just food or gas, but a park campsite, library, etc).
Mars at 7 degrees Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn at 9:52 pm Thursday. There’s a real chance that someone (especially a Pisces or Capricorn) may try to use you as a rung on the ladder of their success. Pisces is not usually thought of as being really ambitious, but sometimes she thinks she is just sooo special that everyone ought to step aside for her. Not.
Looking ahead to next Sunday, the Sun at 15-16 degrees Pisces will be inconjunct Saturn (retrograde) in Libra at 3:25 pm March 6. This is related to the Mercury-Saturn inconjunct from Wednesday. Perhaps yet another inconvenience will be foisted on the American people due to some perceived threat by terrorists, etc.

A triple conjunction occurs in Aquarius Sunday evening. Mercury joins Mars at 5:44 pm, Mercury joins Neptune at 8:07 pm, and Mars joins Neptune at 11:17 pm. Mercury-Mars is vehemently emotional speech. Mercury-Neptune is a speech defect, confused thinking, getting lost, and also speaking of ideals. Mars-Neptune is ideals, but also dance. Mercury and then Mars conjoin Chiron in Pisces during the week.
Mercury enters Pisces at 3:53 pm Monday. Mercury in Pisces has trouble communicating its ideals and visions, but it does have an active fantasy life. But Pisces is called to transmit its vision of a better world, and thereby help bring it into reality.
Mars enters Pisces at 8:06 pm Tuesday. Mars in Pisces has trouble sometimes with honoring the spiritual abilities of others; they think they are the only ones who are capable of conceiving a vision of a better world. This can lead to your gifts being wasted or scattered. But sharing insights with each other helps raise all boats, so to speak.
Mercury in Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn at 12:06 pm Friday. This is after the Sun joins Mercury at 3:48 am, at 6 degrees Pisces. (Anyone with natal planets at 6 degrees of cardinal signs will be especially affected by the series of aspects on Friday.) The mental detectives get busy. Good for investigating contracts, cold cases, medical or legal issues, doing research of any kind. Pluto also leads one into fields dealing with metaphysics, so that may spur you into reading about philosophy, spiritual laws, psychology, astrology, and any other field that delves into the hidden motivations behind what people do.
